Ground Toolbits/Butt Welded Tools/Carbide Tipped Blanks/Part Off Blades

Our standard toolbits are ground to the following tolerances:

All round toolbits +0.000" / – 0.001"

All Square toolbits ±0.003"

Ground toolbits, butt welded tools and part off blades are all stock items. Carbide tipped blanks (with ground shanks) are manufactured to order and can be dispatched on a quick delivery.

Toolbits can be manufactured in any grade of steel or carbide and to any specified tolerance. We stock an extensive range of ASP2030® and ASP2060® toolbits in all popular sizes.
